This piece illustrates innocence and young love. Using crayola pencil made this piece stand out from the others and won best in show, and several honorable mentions. It is my personal favorite piece.
This male figure caught my attention. It demonstrates a sense of modesty for the male anatomy and serves as a greater example of how the human body is beautiful.
At the age of fourteen I wanted to replicate an image from the third dimension. So I mimicked the the still image of the character cloud by drawing him with colored pencil. He is illuminated by the stained glass window inside a church.
This piece is archaic style statue of a god, possibly Apollo, originally placed on top of a temple. The appearance of the statue implies the same time and area of the Greek archaic style. I captured the essence of the statue and used colored pencil to draw this piece.

This mixed media execution was for made for a gender studies project. I excluded the original elements that came with it and decided to utilize only the male profile. It now demonstrates simple value,line, and shape.
